We do not warrant any particular health, wellness, behavioral, emotional, mood, focus, sleep, cognitive, or other result from the use of any product.

12. Limitation of Liability

The limitation of liability and indemnification provisions set forth in our Terms of Service are incorporated by reference into this Notice and apply with full force to all Content, products, marketing, and services covered by this Notice.

Without limiting those provisions, Elumia's total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Site, the Content, the Services, or any product shall not exceed the greater of (i) the total amount you actually paid to Elumia for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim, or (ii) one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100.00).

The Content and our products are intended primarily for residents of the United States and our designated secondary markets (United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand).
