This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) explains how Elumia (“Elumia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles cancellations, returns, and refunds for products purchased through shopelumia.com (the “Site”). This Policy forms part of and should be read together with our Terms of Service.
1. Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee
We stand behind our products with a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your product within thirty (30) days of the delivery date for a refund.
Both opened and unopened products are eligible for return under this Policy.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Your return request must be made within thirty (30) days of the delivery date.
- The product must be mailed back to our return address.
- Both opened and unopened products are accepted.
- No minimum amount of product is required to remain in the package.
No additional requirements apply as part of our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
3. Free Returns
We provide free returns for customers located in the United States.
Elumia will provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible U.S. returns.
To start a return, contact support@shopelumia.com and we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return label where applicable.

4. Cancellations Before Fulfillment
4.1 One Time Orders
You may request to cancel or modify an order before it has been fulfilled. Contact support@shopelumia.com as soon as possible with your order number.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be returned in accordance with this Policy.
4.2 Subscription Orders
You may cancel, skip, or modify an upcoming subscription order before the renewal has been processed.
Once a subscription order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned in accordance with this Policy.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@shopelumia.com within seven (7) days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label when available
Upon verification, we may issue a replacement or a full refund.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package appears lost, delayed, or stolen, please contact both the shipping carrier and support@shopelumia.com.
We will work with customers in good faith to help resolve delivery issues whenever possible.
7. Non Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund:
- Free gifts, bonus items, and promotional products
- Products purchased through unauthorized third party retailers or resellers
- Orders determined to be fraudulent or in violation of our Terms of Service
8. Refund Method & Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Once your return has been received and approved by a member of our customer support team, your refund will generally be processed within forty eight (48) hours.
After Elumia processes the refund, your financial institution may require an additional five (5) to seven (7) business days to post the refund to your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Elumia cannot accelerate processing times once the refund has been submitted to your financial institution.
You will receive an email confirmation containing your refund information once the refund has been processed.
9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that are fraudulent, abusive, or filed in bad faith.
10. International Returns
International customers may return products under this Policy.
Customers outside the United States are responsible for any return shipping costs, duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply.
11. Promotional Offers & Discounts
Refunds will be based on the amount actually paid for the product.
Where a bundle purchase is partially returned, any refund may be adjusted to reflect the promotional pricing received.
12. Right to Modify
We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that order.
