This Subscription Policy explains how Elumia’s recurring product subscription works, including automatic renewals, billing, and cancellation procedures. By placing a subscription order, you agree to the terms below.

Please read this carefully. Your subscription involves recurring, automatically renewing charges until cancelled.

1. Subscription Program

When you place a subscription order for Elumia Saffron Mood Gummies, you are enrolling in our recurring delivery program.

Your subscription provides automatic shipment of your selected product every 30 days so you never run out.

The subscription is offered to customers located in the United States and is intended for personal use only.

2. Billing & Automatic Renewal

By placing a subscription order, you authorize Elumia and its payment processors to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Billing Schedule:

• Initial charge: $14.95 at the time your order is placed
• Renewal charges: $14.95 every 30 days thereafter until cancelled

By placing your monthly recurring order of Elumia Saffron Mood Gummies, you will be charged $14.95 now and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription.

You will receive an electronic notification approximately 5 to 7 days prior to each recurring charge that includes the upcoming charge amount, billing date, and instructions for managing or cancelling your subscription. A receipt will be provided following each successful transaction.

Charges continue automatically unless cancelled prior to your next billing date.

Your charges may appear on your card or bank statement as:

or a similar billing descriptor associated with Elumia.

Before completing your order, we disclose the recurring charge amount, billing frequency, and renewal terms, and you must affirmatively consent to these terms.

3. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

To avoid future charges, cancellation requests should be submitted before your next billing date.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not affect charges already processed.

We will send confirmation of your cancellation by email.

4. Refunds

Subscription charges that have already been processed are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

5. Changes to Pricing or Subscription Terms

We may modify subscription pricing, shipment frequency, or other subscription terms from time to time.

If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription before the changes become effective.

6. Failed Payments

If a payment is declined or cannot be processed, we may:

• Retry the payment method on file
• Delay shipment until payment is successfully received
• Cancel the subscription if payment remains unsuccessful

You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current payment information.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and reside in the United States to enroll in the subscription program.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel subscriptions where fraud, abuse, or misuse is suspected.
